This training helps childcare providers build inclusive, respectful early learning environments by deepening their understanding of children’s diverse cultural backgrounds. Participants will learn how to recognize and celebrate families’ identities, traditions, and experiences, and how to partner with families in meaningful ways. The training also focuses on practical strategies for creating welcoming environments where every child and family feels seen, valued, and included.
